PVB013 self-lubricating bearing is a kind of DU bushing special designed for pumps. Hydraulic self lubricating bearing has common structure with other DU bush. It's also called oil free bushes,plain sliding bearing, teflon bushes,PTFE coated bushings and pump bearing.

Material structure:

  1. PTFE with lead 0.01~0.03mm as sliding layer
  2. Porous bronze 0.2~0.3mm
  3. Steel backing 0.7~2.3mm
  4. Tin-plating 0.005mm or copper plating 0.008mm

Characteristics:

  • New type material which is designed on the basic of PVB010 oiless bearing
  • Low friction under oil lubricated condition.
  • Wear resistant and anti-impact.
  • Particularly applied for the high PV condition, at hydrodynamic lubrication, similar performance with DP4 bushing

Availability:
